Portland Review is pleased to announce the winner of the Spring 2016 Short Fiction Contest, Doris Iarovici, author of the short story “One Way It Could Happen.” Congratulations to Doris Iarovici! “One Way It Could Happen” will be featured in Portland Review‘s Spring 2016, which will be released in early June of 2016.

Portland Review would also like to acknowledge KC Kirkley, author of the short story “A Secondhand Love”, who was named the honored finalist of the contest. KC Kirkley’s exceptional fiction will appear in Portland Review‘s upcoming Spring 2016 issue as well.
