Iquo DianaAbasi is a Nigerian writer and performance poet. Her work has been published in MER, Poetry potion, African Literature Today, BrittlePaper, AfricainWords, Kalahari Review and other venues. Her poetry collections, Symphony of Becoming and Coming Undone as Stitches Tighten, have been nominated for the NLNG Nigeria Prize for Literature, as well as the Wole Soyinka Prize. She presently teaches at Texas A&M University. When she is not teaching or writing, she can be found editing the African Speculative Fiction magazine omenana.com.
