Larry Flynn is a humanities teacher and Pushcart-nominated writer. His fiction, journalism, essays, and poetry have appeared in multiple publications, including Sports Illustrated, The Petigru Review, Crack the Spine, several Massachusetts newspapers, and others. While receiving his Master’s in journalism from Northwestern University, Flynn reported and produced a documentary on issues facing the veterans community in Aurora, Illinois; the film was selected as a finalist for a Chicago/Midwest Emmy Award.
